How to know when a judge has to go
How can you tell when a judge is no longer fit to serve on the bench? I'm sure there are several ways, but when they say something like this it's pretty obvious.
Judge Cashman also revealed that he once handed down stiff sentences when he first got on the bench 25 years ago, but he no longer believes in punishment. "I discovered it accomplishes nothing of value;it doesn't make anything better; it costs us a lot of money; we create a lot of expectation, and we feed on anger," Cashman explained to the people in the court.HE NO LONGER BELIEVES IN PUNISHMENT! WHAT?! The judicial system may not only be about punishment, but it plays a key role. For what kind of case was the judge saying punishment is inappropriate? Was it a traffic offense? Was it a civil case requesting punative damages? Nah, nothing important like that. Just a minor case of some scumbag repeatedly raping a young girl from age 7 to 10. This rapist should not have lived to reach trial and the judge sentences him to 60 days in jail. 60 days! Unbelievable. This judge should be removed from the bench forthwith.

This son of a bitch, no, this SON OF A BITCH is not a judge- Judges are impartial, this aider and abetter of rapists is an ENABLER! Nothing I could say to put him down would top his actions- He's shown us that he is just as slimy as the guy he kept off the hook. 60 days? 20 years ago, i was sentenced to 60 days in jail for speeding in a Semi-truck, on an interstate and no wreck, just speeding, really fast! Not nearly as bad as this jerk. If those libs up there re-elect this guy they are as wacky as he is.

If this were a Law and Order episode, the savvy watcher would know immediately that the Judge was a fellow pedophile, eventually to be brought down by McCoy. Just saying....

Absolutely disgusting. Judge Cashman would be wise to step down now before he is impeached... or lynched.
Ideally, the little girl's face would be on a billboard across from the Judge's house, so he won't forget her when her attacker starts up again with a new victim in two months.

If this judge wants to "treat" this rapist then he needs to recommend a treatment that might work. The only way to "treat" a child rapist is to remove his balls.
